Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance or facilities experience in multifamily/property.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life-safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for units and common areas.
• Coordinate service requests, unit turns and emergencies.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and repairs as needed.
• Schedule and close out service requests and inspections.
• Support PM programs and PM scheduling.
