Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative work schedules as needed.
• Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.
• Must be authorized to work within the hiring country without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and coordinate with technicians to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs across the site.
• Oversee scheduling, tickets, and inventory for maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with EHS to meet safety standards and KPIs.
• Liaise with client/stakeholders and on-call for emergencies.
