Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Woodbury, MN is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead the site maintenance team, uphold safety standards, and partner with EHS to keep operations compliant.

You will schedule work, manage preventive maintenance, coordinate with contractors, monitor KPIs, and support multi-site production while providing timely feedback and development for team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative work schedules as needed.
• Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.
• Must be authorized to work within the hiring country without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and train members.
