We are excited to open our new Green Lemon St Pete location, projected for late summer/early fall 2025! Candidates selected for this position will need to train at our South Tampa location first. Training & new store details will be discussed during interviews. Thank you!

The Assistant Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef is a leadership role supporting restaurant operations, overseeing BOH functions, and mentoring the BOH team. Ideal candidates will demonstrate versatility, enforce policies, promote a positive culture, and possess skills in organization, communication, inventory management, tech savviness, and team motivation.

The Basics
  • Must embody our mission and core values
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards, prevent cross-contamination
  • Food Manager Protection Certification
  • Complete cleaning and maintenance tasks regularly
  • Oversee operations, new recipes, menus, and training
  • Delegate tasks, provide direction, and follow through
  • Willing to learn and mentor others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Enforce policies, coach procedures, and foster a positive team culture
  • Manage budgeting and financial responsibilities
  • Comfort with technology and attention to detail
