Thunderdome Restaurant Group's Eagle concept in Deerfield is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to help lead the back-of-house team and uphold our standards.

You will hire, train, schedule, and develop staff, ensure taste consistency, update recipes to brand standards, and enforce safety and sanitation guidelines. This role offers the chance to grow with a nine-concept group, with benefits starting on day one and opportunities to advance within the company.

The Assistant Kitchen Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the kitchen through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Assistant Kitchen Manager reports directly to the Kitchen Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
