Bakersfield is seeking experienced servers to elevate the guest experience with our authentic Mexican street fare, tequila and whiskey offerings. You will contribute to service excellence, maintain a clean and safe environment, and handle guest requests with care.

The role requires sustained movement, standing, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while following all procedures and safety guidelines. It offers growth opportunities within Thunderdome’s expanding restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server in a restaurant.
• Ability to move continuously, including bending, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
