Thunderdome Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager for Pepp & Dolores in the OTR area of Cincinnati. The role supports overall kitchen operation through people, product, quality and hospitality, reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager.

The ideal candidate is passionate about excellence, with a readiness to grow with the group. The job involves physical movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and following written and oral instructions and procedures.

• Reports directly to the Kitchen Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist leading the back of the house team.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling and development of back of house staff.
• Ensure culinary quality and brand standards are followed.

The Assistant Kitchen Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the kitchen through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Assistant Kitchen Manager reports directly to the Kitchen Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
