Job summary

Krueger’s Tavern, part of Thunderdome Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced support team members for front-of-house roles in Cincinnati. You will assist guests, help keep service smooth, and support bar and dining room operations.

This role requires mobility, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a focus on guest satisfaction. Training will cover our food and beverage offerings, reservation handling, and teamwork to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Flexibility to work as bar back, host, food runner, or server assistant.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on feet throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with reservations.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Assist carry-out operations.
• Support service by clearing and resetting tables.
• Assist bar with prep, stocking, and glassware.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints.
• Foster a positive, cooperative team environment.

Support team members function in different roles including, bar backs, hosts, food runners and server assistants. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
