Wolf River Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to collaborate with the Chef/Kitchen Manager in leading a culinary team toward accurate, efficient food-service operations.

You will oversee daily kitchen management, ensure recipes are followed to spec, train staff on the menu and safety practices, and uphold high standards of food quality while fostering a dynamic, inclusive work environment.
