Responsibilities

• Supervises and oversees the production of food
• Enforces compliance with employment policies
• Monitors tickets and paces during peak hours
• Manages with hands-on supervision in back-of-house activities
• Conducts line Taste and Temp checks
• Ensures proper handling, storage and maintenance of all items
• Manages inventory and tracks waste under Kitchen Manager guidance
• Maintains cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment
