Responsibilities

• Supervises and oversees the production of food.
• Enforces employment policies in area of responsibility.
• Monitors tickets and sets the pace during peak hours.
• Manages through hands-on supervision within the restaurant.
• Conducts line Taste and Temp checks.
• Ensures proper handling, maintenance and storage of items.
• Manages inventory and tracks waste under Kitchen Manager guidance.
• Maintains cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Ensures consistency in food and service to drive sales.
• Supports safe food handling procedures.
• Ensures back-of-house staff follow recipes and procedures.
• Fosters a safe environment and develops staff.
