We are seeking a legendary Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily Back of House operations, including ordering, receiving, preparation, and presentation of food. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch Legendary Food, apply today!

Responsibilities of an Assistant Kitchen Manager

1. Supervise and oversee food production.
2. Enforce compliance with employment policies in collaboration with management.
3. Monitor tickets and set the pace during peak hours.
4. Manage through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, cooking, etc.
5. Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks.
6. Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
7. Manage inventory and track waste under the Kitchen Manager’s direction.
8. Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment.
9. Ensure consistency in food and service to increase sales.
10. Practice safe food handling procedures.
11. Ensure staff follow established recipes and procedures.
12. Create a safe environment and develop Back of House employees.
13. Maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times.
