Job summary

Critical Velocity Talent Solutions is seeking passionate culinary leaders for a Latin-inspired restaurant brand in Tampa. You will lead back-of-house teams, drive quality and consistency, and manage kitchen operations to exceed safety and cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates have strong Latin cuisine background, hands-on leadership, and a passion for coaching teams. Spanish-speaking or bilingual abilities are preferred to support diverse staff and guests.
