Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily Back of House operations, including ordering, receiving, food preparation, and presentation. Your responsibilities as an Assistant Kitchen Manager include:
- Supervising and overseeing food production
- Ensuring compliance with employment policies in collaboration with management
- Monitoring tickets and managing pace during peak hours
- Providing hands-on supervision of restaurant operations, including assisting with serving, hosting, and cooking as needed
- Conducting formal line Taste and Temp checks
- Ensuring proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
- Managing inventory and tracking waste under the Kitchen Manager's direction
- Maintaining cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance
- Ensuring consistency in food quality and service to increase sales
- Practicing safe food handling procedures
- Ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures by Back of House staff
- Creating a safe environment and supporting employee development
- Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times
- Fostering a positive restaurant culture aligned with core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
