Common Man Roadside in Epsom, NH is hiring an Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the Kitchen Manager and team in daily operations.

The role involves food production planning, ordering and inventory, safety and sanitation, scheduling, training, and hands-on leadership on the line.

Pay is $50,000-$55,000 per year depending on experience; flexible hours with full-time or part-time options and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 3 years culinary experience.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain ServSafe certifications.

Common Man Roadside is hiring an Assistant Kitchen Manager for our Epsom location at the Epsom traffic circle!

Pay rate: $50-$55k annually, depending on experience.

The Assistant Kitchen Manager will support the Kitchen Manager and their team in the operations and performance of the kitchen. Duties include:

• Overseeing the planning and preparation of food production
• Ordering and inventory management
• Daily paperwork, reporting, and logs
• Safety and sanitation
• Employee management, including scheduling, training, and development

This is a working management role- our managers work on the line and prep food, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years culinary experience
• Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including ServSafe
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
