Job summary

Common Man Roadside in Epsom, NH is hiring an Assistant Kitchen Manager. This working management role supports the Kitchen Manager and leads on-line food prep, staff development, and customer service.

Duties include planning and executing food production, inventory, daily logs, and ensuring safety standards while managing scheduling and training of the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years culinary experience.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including ServSafe.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $55,000.00 Annually

Common Man Roadside is hiring an Assistant Kitchen Manager for our Epsom location at the Epsom traffic circle.

Pay rate: $50-$55k annually, depending on experience.

The Assistant Kitchen Manager will support the Kitchen Manager and their team in the operations and performance of the kitchen. This is a working management role- our managers work on the line and prep food, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers.

• Daily paperwork, reporting, and logs
• Safety and sanitation
• Employee management, including scheduling, training, and development
