We are seeking a legendary Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily Back of House operations, including ordering, receiving, preparation, and presentation of food. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch Legendary Food, apply today!

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Supervising and overseeing food production
  • Enforcing compliance with employment policies in collaboration with management
  • Monitoring tickets and setting the pace during peak hours
  • Managing through hands-on supervision, including assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, etc.
  • Conducting formal line Taste and Temp checks
  • Ensuring proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
  • Managing inventory and tracking waste under the Kitchen Manager's direction
  • Maintaining cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance
  • Ensuring consistency in food and service to increase sales
  • Practicing safe food handling procedures
  • Ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures by Back of House staff
  • Creating a safe environment and developing Back of House employees
  • Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times
