Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience demonstrating the ability to guide others effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Foundational understanding of maintenance equipment and chemical usage.
• Strong work ethic and autonomy to execute duties with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Preserve store appearance by floor polishing, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and light fixture maintenance; promptly address spills for a hazard-free environment.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the janitorial team, fostering excellence through supervision and feedback.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including proper floor-care techniques, hazard signage, equipment and chemical handling, and safety compliance.
