FoundationCCC is seeking an Assistant, IT Operations to join its mission in supporting California’s community colleges from its Sacramento headquarters, with a remote-first approach that hires across the state.
You will set up and configure desktops and laptops, assist with onboarding/offboarding, support conference room AV, manage IT asset inventory in Jira, and provide frontline IT and office support while maintaining documentation and processes.

This position is responsible for the administrative duties and logistical services that support the Information Technology and Office Operations teams.
Working with both departments, the Assistant will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Foundation.
Relevant AA/AS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both. Minimum of one (1) + year of customer service and general professional office experience preferred.
Ability to work on a fast-paced team and build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range: $23.00 - $23.00 Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
