We are seeking a Product Specialist to join the Foundation in its mission of benefitting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges - the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. The Product Specialist, Technology Solutions owns the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. This role leads collaboration with stakeholders, manages cross-functional teams on behalf of product owners, and drives the product backlog to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Reporting to the Product Manager, Technology Solutions, the specialist advances FoundationCCC’s mission through portfolio management of technology initiatives for internal programs, Collaborative Impact Partners, and the CCC Chancellor’s Office. These initiatives focus on systemic change within California Community Colleges and impacted communities through cross-departmental collaboration. The Product Specialist, Technology Solutions ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role collaborates with members of the Product Success team and contributes to strategic initiatives that advance FoundationCCC’s mission. Own product vision and strategy discussions with senior product staff Define and maintain the product roadmap, tracking milestones and progress Lead evaluation of user & stakeholder feedback to shape roadmap updates Drive exploration of new tools or technologies that advance product goals Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the development team, clarifying requirements Manage and prioritize a well-organized product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria Serve as Scrum Master: plan sprints, estimate effort, and drive Agile cadence Lead testing coordination with QA and development to ensure features meet defined acceptance criteria Lead market and user research to uncover trends, needs, and competitive insights Drive collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams

Budgeted Annual Salary Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
