We are looking for an Assistant Human Resources Director to join our team! This person will assist the HRD with leading the day-to-day Human Resources function, overseeing all Human Resources office administration, and fostering a culture that reflects Hyatt's purpose of caring for people so they can be their best. Additionally, the AHRD assists in overseeing and/or performing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, international recruitment, housing, performance management, leave of absence administration, training and development, and engagement initiatives.
In partnership with the Director of Human Resources, the Assistant Director assists with both short- and long-term HR strategy, while executing hotel and company initiatives. Pay Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
