Job summary

Hyatt Spruce Peak in Stowe, Vermont, seeks an Assistant Human Resources Director to support day-to-day HR operations and drive excellence in people services. You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, housing, and performance management while partnering with the HR Director on strategy.

In this role, you will foster a culture of care, support international recruitment, and contribute to training, development, and engagement initiatives across the resort community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• Two years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• HR generalist experience in hotel or hospitality.
• SHRM/PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition & training experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HRD with day-to-day HR operations and HR office administration.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and housing programs.
• Help manage performance, leaves of absence, and training & development.
