Assistant, Human Resources - 17427
Description
A Human Resources (HR) Assistant plays a vital support role in the HR department, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting people and processes.
What you will be responsible for:
• Support HR Director, Sr. HR Generalist and Recruiter
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist with recruitment tasks like posting job ads, and scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Coordinate training session, employee events, and initiatives
• Drafting social media postings for LinkedIn, corporate postings, and other postings as needed to promote site events and news
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Prepare HR-related reports, audits, and documentation
• Serve as a point of contact for employee/vendor inquiries, helping resolve minor issues, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Compensation:
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour depending on experience. This range reflects the base pay for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. AAR offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision/life/and AD&D insurance, 401(k) savings plan with employer match, paid time off and holiday pay, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
