NHS Grampian is seeking two Assistant Human Resource Managers (Band 7) to join our People & Culture Directorate on a fixed-term basis. You will provide expert HR advice across a broad portfolio of employee relations and workforce matters.

Working with senior leaders and stakeholders, you will support organisational change, policy development and service improvement, with flexible hybrid working where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Degree level in HR, Business Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• CIPD membership or working toward membership or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience providing HR advice in a complex organisational environment.
• Strong advisory skills on employee relations, policy and legislation.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder skills.
• Organised, resilient and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional HR advice and support to managers on workforce issues.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, dignity at work, capability and attendance matters.
• Support organisational change programmes and service redesign initiatives.
• Develop effective working relationships with managers, staff representatives and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to workforce planning, policy development and service improvement.
• Analyse workforce information and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
• Coach and support managers to build confidence and capability in people management.
