Job summary

• Experience providing high-quality HR guidance to managers in a public sector setting.
• CIPD Associate level or above and up-to-date employment law knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly in meetings, hearings and formal settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload in attendance management, conduct, grievance, capability, and harassment.
• Represent HR at early resolution meetings and formal hearings.
• Provide policy advisory support and guidance to managers within the Workforce Policies framework.
• Build and sustain positive working relationships with managers, staff, Trade Unions, and HR colleagues.
