Schulte Hospitality Group in Charlottesville, Virginia is seeking an energetic Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team. This hands-on leadership role will schedule room and cleaning assignments, supervise housekeeping staff, and ensure brand standards are met.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping leadership experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience with HMS/PMS systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and discipline staff.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule room and cleaning assignments to ensure coverage.
• Perform housekeeping duties including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning.
• Verify room status and inspect for brand standards.
• Coach and discipline housekeeping staff as needed.
• Notify management of maintenance repairs in rooms or on property.
• Interview, hire, and develop employees.
• Monitor staffing levels to meet guest service and financial goals.
• Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
