The ideal candidate will have at least two years of AGM experience and a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations under the direction of the General Manager.

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; plan work schedules.
• Address customer complaints and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Coordinate events, maintenance, and supplier relationships.
