Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager for the Houston Marriott Westchase, a 604-room full-service Marriott property.

Lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations, supervise 50–60 staff, manage scheduling, payroll, and training, and ensure brand standards while transitioning to Power M PMS.

This non-exempt role requires 45-hour weeks, weekend coverage, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping management or supervision.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience with payroll, scheduling, and budget oversight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations for a 604-room property.
• Supervise 50–60 employees and manage shift schedules and training.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure Marriott cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Manage payroll, incentives, and performance reviews; support budget planning.
• Transition to Power M PMS while maintaining current operations.
