Job summary

PERG online is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to assist in directing housekeeping and laundry operations, monitor quality assurance, and support the Executive Housekeeper in all areas of operation.

Responsibilities include inspecting guestrooms, assigning tasks, managing supplies, and ensuring Omni standards are met. The role requires flexible hours, including holidays and weekends, with leadership responsibilities for room attendants and staff.

Qualifications

• Prior Housekeeping Supervisory Experience in Hospitality preferred.
• Must be highly motivated and able to multi-task.
• Must be able to work independently and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Inspects cleaning and servicing of guestrooms.
• Assigns special tasks to Room Attendants and Housepersons.
• Reports repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms.
• Ensures linens and supplies are stocked for GRAs.
• Inspects VIPs, Show Rooms, and housekeeping areas daily.
• Assigns keys and pagers to staff and tracks shift end reports.
• Works flexible hours, holidays and weekends.
• Participates in quality assurance and cost control measures.
