Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Housekeeping Manager in all operations, driving guest and owner satisfaction through housekeeping excellence and QA compliance.

You will assist with hiring, training, motivating, recognizing, coaching and developing housekeeping associates, while helping track budgets, inventory and financial reports. This role may involve hands-on cleaning duties to maintain standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years related housekeeping experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• 1-3 years hospitality customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist hiring, training, motivating, recognizing, coaching and developing Housekeeping staff.
• Support budgetary controls and QA processes; ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and weekly/monthly cleans reports; assist with tracking financials.
• Participate in daily operations including cleaning and inspecting units to maintain standards.
