Qualifications

• 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to interact with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Must be able to provide full availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the entire housekeeping area, including public areas and night cleaning.
• Staff training, development and scheduling as needed.
• Promote customer and associate satisfaction and ensure safety and security policies are followed.
• Report to Housekeeping Manager and coordinate with other departments.
