Job summary

Qualifications

• Good customer service and ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and ability to multi-task.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Strong painting skills preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Must provide a valid Driver’s License.

• Perform routine maintenance duties efficiently and courteously.
• Provide preventive maintenance to guest rooms and public areas.
• Repair mechanical, electrical, and kitchen equipment as needed.
