Job summary

Rose Assisted Living Facilities is seeking an Assistant House Manager in Wasilla, AK. The role manages facility operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and develops home programs. You will recruit and train staff, maintain staff relations, and coordinate doctor visits for residents.

The position requires clinical caregiving experience, strong supervision skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule. Start date ASAP with a full-time schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of assisted living home management (required).
• Pass DRUG TEST, we periodically conduct drug test.
• 5 years of supervising experience (required).
• Valid motor vehicle operator license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiving: 10 years+.
• Medication administration: 3 year+.
• Tube feeding: 1 year (Preferred).
• CNA (Preferred).
• LPN (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing operations of the facility.
• Enforce state and government regulations.
• Oversee program for the home and program development; analyze trends.
• Staff development and supervision: recruit, train and supervise staff.
• Maintain a good working relationship with staff and ensure quality.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and accompany clients to visits.
• Support overall business functions as needed.
