Job summary

Senior Helpers of Anchorage is urgently hiring caregivers to assist seniors in Wasilla and Palmer areas. You’ll provide in-home care, companionship, and support with daily activities in clients’ homes, contributing to their comfort and quality of life.

Ideal candidates include CNAs or PCA/RN/LPN/HHA with compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Transportation is required to reach client locations; training and development are offered, along with advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport to client homes and appointments.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care.
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up
