Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to support clinical and operational activities on an assigned shift in Anchorage, AK. The ANM oversees patient care using nursing processes and provides managerial presence across shifts.

The role requires a BSN, RN license in Alaska, BLS, and at least 1 year of CNA experience, with preferred acute care and leadership experience. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and RN licensure in Alaska.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• At least 1 year of Certified Nursing Assistant experience.
• Preferred: acute care experience, charge nurse experience, leadership, and shared governance involvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating unit services.
• Support clinical staff and ensure quality patient care.
• Utilize leadership skills to manage daily operations and staff.
