Job summary

Shine Bright Care in Wasilla, AK seeks a Live-In Home Manager to oversee an assisted living home, supervise staff, and ensure residents' wellbeing and daily living activities.

The role includes developing care plans, coordinating meals, medications, transportation, and documenting progress; requires a Bachelor’s in health-related field or CNA/management training and supervisory experience; live-in housing provided.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or elderly residents.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient rights.
• Ability to train and supervise staff.
• Must be able to perform ADLs and basic care tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the home and supervise staff.
• Develop and implement individual support plans in accordance with regulations.
• Coordinate transportation, meals, medications, and appointments.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with state/federal laws.
• Ensure safety and well-being of residents and community inclusion.
