The ideal candidate has strong leadership and guest-service skills, plus a track record of managing budgets and quality standards within hospitality. This role requires at least 3 years in hotel management and a degree in hospitality management is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred.
• Experience planning and overseeing daily operations and covering GM duties.
