Job summary

Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Home2 Suites Wheat Ridge in Wheat Ridge, CO. The role oversees daily housekeeping operations to ensure standards and productivity while reporting to Front Office.

You will train staff, supervise Room Attendants, coordinate with Maintenance and Guest Services, and maintain safety and cleanliness across floors. This full-time hourly position emphasizes leadership, communication, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in related field is helpful.
• 2–3 years progressive hotel or related field experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Inspect Room Attendant performance daily to ensure standards and productivity are met.
• In absence of the Housekeeping Manager, inspect VIP rooms and report availability to Front Office.
• Oversee closing of floors and restock Room Attendants' carts.
• Maintain records of daily assignments and ensure timely submission to Housekeeping Office.
• Maintain key control and handle Lost and Found per standards.
• Monitor cleanliness of carts, linen closets, closets, stairways and landings.
• Oversee daily assignment of duties and ensure staff have work assignments.
• Carry active pager/radio to stay in contact with Front Office/Engineering.
• Report progress of out-of-order rooms to Guest Services Manager; follow through on work orders.
