Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5-6 years progressive experience in a hotel setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and sales targets.
• Ability to train and develop staff and managers.
• Experience with MOD coverage and operational oversight.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in hotel sales efforts and client meetings.
• Oversee daily hotel operations with department heads.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and training sessions.
• Manage monthly financial reviews with department managers.
• Ensure adherence to Highgate SOPs and budgeted productivity.
• Develop managers for future advancement through training.
