JOB SUMMARY

We’re hiring a Community Manager with previous HOA management experience to take on a small, well-defined portfolio of communities. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with meaningful in‑person engagement, without the overwhelm of an oversized portfolio.

You’ll work closely with a limited number of volunteer HOA boards, building strong, trust‑based relationships and helping their communities run smoothly — from daily operations to long‑term planning.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Lead Day-to-Day Operations: Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners and board members. Track requests, manage vendors, and keep the community running efficiently.

Board Support & Meeting Management: Prepare for and attend board and owner meetings (a mix of in‑person and virtual), take minutes, and follow up on decisions and action items.

Architectural Review Coordination: Assist the Assistant Community Manager in the ARC process in partnership with boards and consultants, ensuring guidelines are upheld and communication is clear.

Special Project Oversight: Facilitate board‑approved improvements, maintenance, or vendor changes, making sure timelines and budgets stay on track.

Admin & Communication: Maintain up‑to‑date records, draft homeowner communications, and coordinate annual and board meetings.

Compliance Oversight: Work with inspection staff and assist with consistent enforcement and homeowner correspondence as needed.

Why This Role Is Different than Other Community Manager Roles

Small, focused portfolio – fewer communities means stronger relationships and less juggling.

Hybrid flexibility – combine remote work with on‑site visits and in‑person meetings.

Built‑in support – work closely with a Senior Community Manager and admin team.

Opportunity for impact – your work directly contributes to improving the daily lives of residents.
