CR Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead sales, member experience, and team development in a fast-growing franchise. You will support the General Manager, drive daily performance, and advance toward a General Manager role with hands-on leadership across front desk and sales teams.

The role emphasizes accountability, high energy, and a commitment to Crunch’s “No Judgments” culture while delivering outstanding service and achieving club goals.

Responsabilités

• Sales Leadership: Drive membership and personal training sales through daily goal setting, lead management, and closing techniques.
• Team Coaching & Accountability: Train, motivate, and manage front desk and sales teams for high performance.
• Operations Support: Ensure smooth day-to-day club operations including cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and staff coverage.
• Member Experience: Deliver exceptional service and handle member inquiries or escalations with urgency.
• KPI Tracking & Action: Monitor performance metrics and contribute to improvement strategies aligned with club goals.
• Culture Builder: Foster a high-energy, team-oriented environment reflecting Crunch’s No Judgments philosophy.
• Growth Development: Participate in leadership development to prepare for future GM role.
