Job summary

Crunch Fitness Long Island is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the leadership of one of our clubs on Long Island. The position requires 1–2+ years of supervisory or management experience, strong leadership and communication abilities, and a sales/customer service orientation.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of supervisory or management experience (fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Sales and customer service experience required.
• A highly outgoing, charismatic personality with the confidence to engage members, build relationships, and create a welcoming, energetic club atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure top-tier customer service and member satisfaction
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of team members
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and fully functional facility
• Assist in driving sales, revenue goals, and membership retention
• Handle member concerns promptly and professionally
• Monitor performance metrics and support reporting with the General Manager
