Crunch Fitness Long Island is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support club leadership, oversee daily operations, and drive member satisfaction. You will assist in hiring, training, and coaching, while helping achieve sales and retention targets in a dynamic gym environment.

The role offers growth within a fast-growing fitness franchise group, with opportunities to advance based on performance. High energy, customer-focused leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of supervisory or management experience (fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Sales and customer service experience required
• Outgoing, engaging personality with the confidence to lead and energize a club

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to ensure top-tier customer service and member satisfaction
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of team members
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and fully functional facility
• Assist in driving sales, revenue goals, and membership retention
• Handle member concerns promptly and professionally
• Monitor performance metrics and support reporting with the General Manager
