Responsibilities include leading by example for service, assisting in hiring and coaching, overseeing daily operations, driving sales and retention, handling member concerns, and reporting to the General Manager.

Qualificações

• 1-2+ years of supervisory or management experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Outgoing, charismatic personality with the confidence to engage members and create a welcoming club atmosphere.

Assistant General Manager – Crunch Fitness Long Island

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• A highly outgoing, charismatic personality with the confidence to engage members, build relationships, and create a welcoming, energetic club atmosphere

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Ability to be active on the gym floor and lift up to 100 lbs occasionally

Pay

• Starting pay at $22 per hour , with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance
