Crunch Fitness Long Island is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the leadership of one of our clubs on Long Island. This role offers strong career progression within a fast-growing fitness franchise, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of supervisory or management experience (fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred).
• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• A highly outgoing, charismatic personality with the confidence to engage members, build relationships, and create a welcoming, energetic club atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure top-tier customer service and member satisfaction.
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of team members.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and fully functional facility.
• Assist in driving sales, revenue goals, and membership retention.
• Handle member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor performance metrics and support reporting with the General Manager.

Pay

• Starting pay at $22 per hour , with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance
