Shift: 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Role Description

We seek a 3rd Shift Assistant Project Manager / Operational Assistant Supervisor to support daily operations, supervise overnight staff, and actively participate in stocking duties including unloading pallets, restocking shelves, and maintaining an organized environment.

Daily Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Project Manager to review shift goals and assign tasks.
• Supervise team performance and provide coaching for safe, efficient practices.
• Assist in training staff and cross-training team members.
• Participate in stocking, unloading deliveries, and inventory management.
• Ensure shelves are properly stocked, faced, and labeled.
• Oversee shift wrap-up, including reporting and final walkthroughs.
