Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee client coordination activities in the automotive training domain. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in MS Excel and PowerPoint, capable of managing schedules, client interactions, and progress tracking independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients, trainers, and internal teams for project planning and execution
Track training schedules, feedback, and deliverables using Excel
Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, and dashboards
Maintain project documentation and ensure timely updates
Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects
Support remote training delivery and post-training analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience in the automotive sector or training industry preferred
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (data management, reporting) and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
