We’re hiring a Contract Project Manager to join a global healthcare company driving innovation across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer health. This is a great opportunity to lead complex, cross-functional projects in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

️ Lead global, cross-functional projects from kickoff to completion

️ Coordinate with business, regulatory, operations, and technical partners

️ Own timelines, deliverables, risk tracking, and stakeholder updates

️ Use modern PM and collaboration tools to track progress and drive visibility

️ Partner closely with the hiring manager and internal teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years of project management experience

Experience leading global and/or multidisciplinary teams

Strong skills with:

• Smartsheet for reporting

• Visio, Mindmaps, Lucidchart for workflow/visualization

Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through

Background in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences a plus

PMP or other certification is a bonus

• Full-time contract (~1 year)

• Reports directly to the hiring manager

• Competitive rate based on experience
