Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in grocery, food service, or retail management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with payroll, staffing, and training.
• P&L oversight experience and cost control.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example on the sales floor and foster a positive, people-first culture.
• Oversee daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Drive results through merchandising, inventory control, and P&L management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Analyze sales to identify opportunities and implement profitability strategies.
• Create an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint.
