Goodwin Recruiting is assisting a nationwide restaurant retail store in their search for an Assistant Grocery Manager. This hands-on leader will guide day-to-day store operations, focusing on staff management, customer experience, and data-driven performance.

You’ll oversee staffing, daily meetings, reporting, and ensure food safety compliance across regulations while driving sales and profitability. A strong people-first mindset and experience in warehouse operations are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in a similar role.
• Positive leadership with a people first mentality.
• Growth and succession mindset.
• Warehouse management experience required.
• Background in P&L, inventory control, hiring / training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security / loss prevention.
